We stayed here back in 2017 -- a little late to the review party, but being stuck at home instead of traveling means I've been going back through old photos. This was one of the best places we stayed that trip and I would absolutely stay here again if I ever get to return. The rooms were clean and very spacious. We had a group of 5 adults and it was plenty of space! I do remember it was difficult to find (it looks like a residential property, not a hotel rental). When we stayed in 2017 it looked recently renovated, so the photos may not be true current quality, but the owners/managers seemed to be taking care of the property.

Hello. Apartment Viktor is the worst place I have ever been and I travel quite a lot (mainly business trips). But starting from beginning. Me, my wife, my 2-year-old daughter, my sister and her 12 years old son went to Croatia. On a way back we decided to spend 2 nights in Bratislava. We arrived at Thursday evening (15.08.2019) and went straight to bed. On a Friday morning we discovered a few surprises. My daughter found used condom in a wardrobe. There were hair in a shower, mold on a ceiling, dust behind furniture. But even more surprising was reaction of the owner Ms. Podstavkova. I wrote an email to her explaining and describing the situation. I attached photos in e-mail. Her English is very bad. I had very hard time to communicate well with her. First her answer was that we didn't inform about these things on a day before. One of the first things you can see after entering an apartment is an information about fines you will be charged for late check out (20), dirty dishes (20), dirty apartment (20). If you charge for dirty apartment you should give a discount if it’s not clean. I asked for a discount and her answer was that we set up everything to get a discount. In the end she said that I insulted her (I ask for another person who can speak English) and that she will call police. Only good thing was that she sent a cleaning person (I asked for this). To sum up apartment wasn’t cleaned at all which is unacceptable. Ms. Podstavkowa is the rudest person I have ever met in a hospitality industry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
Not recommended. Very bad experience. The owner did not show up to check in and not to check out. Rooms were not as expected. 2 families got 1 apartment instead of 2 ordered. The credit card was charged before\u200b the arrival without our permission. 2 broken TV in the rooms. No toilet paper, no towels. Be careful !
Aparmant ok but the lady managing it was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing issues guests point out, she blames them for being dirty and leaving a mess. Lying won't make your business grow. Would not stay there again even if for free.
WARNING!!!! If you have extra money and time to spend than good luck ! This is not proffesional company. There are tre apartments and with the same card you can open all the tre apartments, i went to the wrong one and I had to pay double!! Imagine how safe is it that somebady else with one card can go in your reserverd room. WARNING!!
Don't recommend staying here. Hygiene isn't good, soap dispenser is empty, lamps near bed are broken, we rented apartments for 7 people and there were only 4 towels. Also it is strange that there are penalties if you leave dirty dishes or don't tidy up, it looks like the guests have to clean up for the upcoming guests. :)
Nice and quiet apartment.
Visually a nice place but owners/employees not very friendly. Had to wait for 10 minutes in the cold for someone to let us in, the room was cold and drafty, warm water was enough for half a shower.
