They scheduled an appointment for me in 10 days, and the inspection and changing filters/oil took 2.5 hours. Price was in line with dealership prices, so higher than your average neighbourhood services. They showed me the service plan upfront and explained what will be changed and gave me an estimate on the total cost. The end price was close to that estimate. All in all I would say I am satisfied with my experience here.

Reception, information and the service representative were all professional and proficient. Rather than just take my word for it, the service representative asked to ride in the car to see an issue in person so he could properly pre-diagnose it. They even provided transportation to work while my car was being worked on.

Sales office looks good. They need to work on Service department as clerks can sometimes be unpleasant. They do their job though.
Good car service, but everything takes so so long. No place to sit when you waiting for service and there is usually about 10 people around, but nobody cares about you.
Good service for STK and ETK
They told me to come till 7 pm for check an used car. I arrived there at 5pm and noone spoke english. Ok, I understand, I asked to see the car, they told me is not possible. Horrible
