I go there quite often cause it's not far from my place. they are experts to their core. Everytime i come there they tell my my bike is cheap. 25 years ago the bike was not cheap and i'd like to see their bikes in 25 years. i am in my 40s and i guess they get disappointed when i don't want to buy those electric things for several thousands. However the young staff is very polite and helpful, perhaps that's why those guys are always busy.

Catastrophic customer experience at the bike servise at the Karloveska shop, totally got embaressed by the way i was treated...after spending a lot of money there very unfortunate way of handling loyal customers....im sure i will find another expensive bike store that treats me with respect and is friendly.... hugely disspointed
Quick service, quick buy, available parking is great
They were able to sell me the spare part but not able to mount it on my bike because the bike was not bought at their shop and their service team was too busy... Well don't need to buy anything from you then! And all that after 1 hour waiting at the queue!
Terrible servise. On the site they promise to deliver new bicycle for 1-2 days, but I’m already waiting for a week.
Poor service, rude staff, incredibly long waiting times. Truly once in a lifetime experience...
