A seller where you have no space to park your car :-) Renault seller needed to study few technical details to answer our questions. I was able to sit into the car only after requesting it (no test drive, just sit in). This company / seller has also another branch in Bratislava, which can really be considered as better.

I called to verify the time of my appointment for a 20 minutes job 5 times several days in advance to be sure I'm able to have the repair done and when I finally got there after 20 minutes waiting in the queue I'm told they don't have anybody there to do the repair!!!!
First instance was my car's handbrake was defective, had it checked by Renault Kestler, Diagnose-Must change handbrake system cost hundreds of euro, had it checked by another workshop-lifted the car, sprayed brake discs and the cables, then everything works fine again.
We was very satisfied with the service. Quick, friendly, many information...
