Very disappointed with non existent customer care. I went to buy some tools and needed advice. I was waiting around for somebody to help me but the staff never showed up and never offered any help. I tried to ask one member of the staff walking by to help me but they said they were not from the department that I needed help with and advised me to wait for somebody else to show up. Nobody did. Very disappointing, no respect for customers. I am surprised how they can behave like this to customers, very unprofessional definitely not going back there.

Awful visit, requested to have wood cut at 86 cm, arrived home to find it was cut at 84 cm. I even wrote down on paper exactly the length I wanted cut, what a disaster.
