AVOID! - Terrible Customer service. Anna Gallyova is a horrible woman, that was rude and patronising to my Wife. We will take our business elsewhere, and inform others not to use you. I would suggest putting someone that is friendly and helpful in a customer facing position, as Anna clearly has zero customer service skills and no likability. My wife went to another translation company straight after, who were warm, friendly and helpful. It doesn't take that much to be friendly and helpful to people. If you are not happy with with what you do for a living, then maybe you should give your career some consideration, rather than taking your frustrations with life out on your customers.
