we ordered 2 coffees and 2 orange juices. When we were about to pay, the waitress Susan informed us that it was not possible to pay by card, which was strange as we were paying the card 4 days earlier. we were issued a receipt for 2 coffee and 4 juices! when I went to explain that we were probably charged extra, the waitress Susan explained that the price is for small juice and they are only serves large juices. of course, when ordering, we were not informed that we would pay twice. the waitress was not nice, she snatched my receipt from my hand and said she would not refund us. because we drank all the juice. I think they should inform customers what they will pay for. a nice place, but the service are on a very low level. I don’t recommend!

I made another visit today and tried their “Pogo Urban Sandwich”. I would not be afraid to call it a Košice signature sandwich and a must have for all visitors. I am going to have that on every occasion starting now. Great coffee shop. Wide offer of cakes and small bites. Nice interior design. Good for working on a laptop as well. The service is in general nice. Sometimes they have “minor glitches” but hasn’t. The toilets are clean and there is a nice kids indoor playground.
Great cafe, where you can easily work on your laptop. The waiters are super nice, fun and friendly, the interior is modern and cozy, and there are variety of snacks and desserts you can order (including some vegetarian/vegan). There is also a children's corner, good for moms and their kids.
Not only was the staff very nice but the coffee and pancakes were amazing. Great place :)

The best coffee shop in Košice, cosy, clean, where you can find amazing coffee and delicious fresh cakes, which are right made at the coffee shop. Also you can find some sharers, freshly made sandwiches or salads. Coctails are amazing too, but what I really love about that place is customer service, they really care for customers. Perhaps is too pricey when you compare with other coffee shops/bars, but it is higher quality and staff knows what they do.
