A very pleasant stay. The room is very comfortable, smells of wood and everything is super clean. The breakfast is a big bonus, it was delicious and filled us up till noon. The owners are very nice and helpful. The whole place has great vibes and we are definitely coming back! It’s a gem

Our best stay ever ! House was very clean not boring at all. My bed was very comfortable. We got all facilities to Cook by our self. Very good heating in the house. My favorite part of the house is Honesty Bar there where you can Drink after tired hikes. Everything new and beautiful. You cannot imagine somewhere better than Liptov Lodge. Near by so many main attractions. Can’t wait to come back again and stay longer. l
Highly recommend! Super friendly host family. Warm welcome and help during the stay. The house looks great and the rooms are clean and stylish. The whole atmosphere is very cozy. On top of all that - a big choice of drinks in private "honesty" bar and super tasty breakfast and dinner options. I will definitely come again.
Liptov Lodge is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the beautiful Slovak mountains it is located in the valley between the Low and High Tatras which affords stunning views in the area. The accommodation itself it unique! it is run by an Irish Slovak couple, Andy and Ida, and Andy designed and built the lodge himself, and did a magnificent job with it! it has a wonderful charm and Andy and Ida were excellent hosts throughout our stay. The Lodge also has Jack Hackett's honesty bar, a reference to a character from the sitcom, Father Ted (my favourite show and a lovely taste of home) and it the perfect place to wash down a tasty beer after a day of exploring. There are plenty of things to see and do all year round in the area for travellers of all ages and after a busy day, coming back to the comfortable room in the lodge and the fantastic shower was a treat. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, you won't find anywhere better in Slovakia!
Amazing place in an amazing area both for summer and winter fun! Fully recommended stylish design and clean rooms, great kitchen and bar area and outside patio with grill and a skateboard ramp :) close to Liptovska Mara, caves, mountains, Tatralandia and any other type of fun you can think of! The hosts Ida and Andy are just amazing too!

We had a great stay for 6 nights including the Silvester night. We were group of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids) and the lodge was perfect for our group. The welcome drink&soup&bread&butter&.... was amazing! And I can not forget the excellent Honesty bar, it is something very unusual in our part of Europe! Thank you, Ida & Andy, for creating this place and the very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere! I hope we come back soon!
I want to pinpoint their home-like atmosphere, human approach, super service and draft beer. I had the best sleep there, because of the almost light-tight curtains and quiet environment. Felt great.
