Make sure you ask for confirmation by email, if they say to you that you have something for free on the phone. It might be unpleasant surprise, when you came there to hear something else. You don't get what you paid for. Don't expect room service. If trashcan is full or you are out of toilet paper, you need to help yourself. Don't expect shower gel or shampoo. Forget about clean towels next day. This is not "baby friendly" place to recommend. Showers in the sauna section barely works. Wellness centrum is not clean enough.
