This was the worst hospital that I have ever been to. I had the misunfortune of having my then 6 month old daughter stay there for 2 nights with my wife. First off the staff were very unfriendly and rude and second this place could use major renovations. What's worse is that I was hardly allowed to visit my daughter which is unheard of in Canada, Germany and even Croatia. In those countries the father is allowed to be with his child 24/7. Visiting hours were apparently 15:00 -17:00 but even during those hours the staff told me that I had to wait outside the ward. This a joke because my wife and daughter were free to leave the ward whenever they chose. The hospital told me that's just the way things are since if they allowed ward visits then apparently \the gypsies would bring their entire family\ over. That explanation was so far fetched that I had to raise my voice several times in order to get my point across. The more realistic explanation is that the staff is jaded, uninterested in performing their duty and they simply want to make their lives easier by doing a minimal amount of work. Suggestion: wake up. This isn't 1985 and you aren't behind the iron curtain anymore. Regardless of how inconvenient it is to you, fathers have the right to see their children. Also don't give your patients attitude because they expect you to do your job. Don't expect me to bribe you to get standard service because if you're expecting me to chip in for the rent you're in for a big surprise. Don't like it? Find another job.

A bit difficult finding ophtalmological emergency, but the staff were very helpful. The ophtalmologist helpful and caring, early on Sunday morning. I am grateful.
