Took my car in for an oil change at 7am, I was told the car would be done before noon. They called me around 2 to let me know the car was done and the price was 170 euro which came as a shock to me! They also added costs to disinfect the car by running an ozone machine 30 minutes doesn't constitute 12.5 euros labor...), of course they never mentioned this when I dropped the car off, on top of that they charged me for stupid things like 2 euros for window fluid which I had already topped up days prior. The cost of oil was 66 euros (before VAT!) for 5.5l and you can find the exact oil online for 20 euros for 5l. They also took the liberty of replacing my engine air filter and cabin filter which I never stated that I wanted done. Seeing I don't speak the language and my girlfriend brought the car in I feel this was them taking full advantage of her.
Used for tires change and storage, everything OK
Príjemný a dobrý servis
Po prezutí a “vyvážení” kolies začal volant vibrovať pri 120 km/h, kolesa som musel dať vyvážiť v inom servise a všetky pýtali 50-80g železa.. neviem čo robili ale vyváženie to asi nebolo
Ustertovy a mily personal. Vzali ma hned aj bez objednavky. Vreli odporucam ;o)
Navštevujem pravidelne so starším autom. Vždy ochota pomôcť či poradiť, príjemný personál. Zatiaľ som sa na nich stále mohol spoľahnúť.
