A good one administrative complex, modern and nice.
Modern building with offices, free amenities, all nice and new. One small grocery shop with the wide variety of the products, one standard canteen, one restaurant/ canteen with asian meals, one coffee shop, ATM and a bank. Missing more restaurants or post office, shops to brighten this place up.

Budova Rosum je novopostavené biznis centrum na veľmi peknom mieste v Ružinove. Osobne si myslím, že táto stavba je škaredá bez architektonickej fantázie a kazí dojem z daného miesta. Rosum ponuka moderné priestory pre kancelárie. V budove sa nachádza kantina, pobočka Tatrabanka s bankomatom, malé potraviny, kaviareň. Posedenia v kaviarni je aj s pekným výhľadom na Štrkovec a okolie.
