It's a lunch canteen for people who need a heavy meal (think construction workers, etc). Everything else is secondary. Friendly staff. Unbeatable price. A lot of choice every day. I like the food here very much. Standard menu includes soup, main course, dessert, soda/tea. For under 4. Only downsides are the location and the ventilation system. Especially in summer.

Canteen with good food in a size, quality and its price. Very good benefit is a drink and cake in a price. Usually crowded. Expect special environment - not any luxurious. Recommended!
