It’s right after Christmas so the Kaskady is decorated well for the Holiday Season. We arrived a bit early so they did the best they could to check us in. The staff is friendly and interested in your experience. The room is well presented and everything smells clean and fresh... It’s a very welcoming and calming scent in the air. The WC in the room is nice with a rainforest shower head. The dining area is a good open space and the food for the buffet is good. Not spectacular but good... better to go with the menu selection if you want nice fine dining. the massage at the spa was fantastic! they are not rushed at all and they do have a wonderful selection of oils to use. The only jam up to watch out for at the moment is the extremely hot metal pipe sticking out in the rear center of the saunas... the are hidden when the steam is full on and unfortunately my wife ended up getting a serious burn on her leg from it. Be Careful of that! The spa manager did show concern the following day and provided compensation for the booked massage so that’s a good sign that they genuinely care. All in all a very nice place and it’s well worth the money spent. Also - they have Tesla charging stations on site. Good News for Tesla drivers. Another thing to watch out for is the towel and robe switch up so be sure to put your items in the lockers instead of your robe pockets. If you decide to give the Kaskady a try... Take it from a well traveled reviewer... This is a great option for a vacation to unwind and pamper yourself. Definitely 4 star worthy !

Very professional service. Good choice of food. From comfort food to elegant dishes. Would go there again if I would stay longer.
A modern, friendly, professional wellness hotel and conference center, with opportunities for various sporting activities incl. indoor and outdoor swimming pools. I also have a number of private villas with self catering facilities. The staff are very helpful and attentive, the rooms are spacious and clean and the food is absolutely delicious! Try the buffet dinner and especially the pancakes! Great for a family vacation or a business conference. The only problem is the swimming pool and wellness area is open only from 8 AM! Earlier opening time would be excellent.
Hotel offers beautiful SPA, one of the best I visited in Slovakia. Food was always delicious with many choices. Our room (531) - in the new section of the hotel was cozy and clean. Thanks for the great stay, I would come back anytime.
One star for quality of room. Second star for quality of wellnes. That is all. Services in this hotel are terible. During one week was a lot mistakes. Every day was necessary to argue something. Food was the same during whole week and sometimes not good. If 10 people sitting and buing in bar and barman close a bar... Or if you want wach your clothes and it will by after two days... For daily businesses is this hotel not good.
One of the best accommodations near Ziar, Slovakia, this hotel is a hidden little gem, complete with a world class wellness area that includes several saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools, e.t.c. Rooms are ok; as is the norm in Europe, beds are not the most comfortable and bathrooms small but overall this is a great place for a weekend gateway if you are in the area.
