Strange smell even outside. Poor restrooms. Complicated transportation from/to city. Main restaurant is horrible. Can’t recommend. Use Bolt or Uber to get to the downtown, don’t use regular taxi waiting at the front of the building.

This central station in Bratislava is just below average. The arrival tracks of outgoing trains get announced just a couple of minutes before the train arrives so all passagers have to run to the train track to even be able to catch their train. Also the temperature inside the station was way to high and there were hardly any shops. All in all I would not advice you to use this station unless you really have to.

a terrible old communist train station. It is very small and quite busy, there are almost no acceptable food options, not even a nice Cafe. Many people begging for money. I recommend to only spend the minimum necessary time there.

15 min walk to Old Town Centre or 15min taxi ride to Hrad Castle. Convenient for full day stopover on the way from Vienna to Budapest. Luggage lockers are available as well as manned storage. Atm, restaurant and few other food outlets are also scattered around. International trains between Austria and Hungary stop here frequently.

Very poor decisions throughout a history made by local politicians has led this place to become a notoriously known as a shame of Bratislava. It's a pity. The city is very nice.

It is the main train station of the capital although the facilities are too old. The building and the surroundings are dirty and you can't communicate easily in English. On the other hand you can find international connections to Austria (Vienna) every hour and to Hungary (Budapest) every 3 hours approximately. You can use the automatic machines to buy your tickets.
