WINED has a webpage, a facebook page, even an instagram page, but nowhere was it mentioned that they are closed currently (checked all their online presence twice before visiting, to make sure I am not going to their quite inconvenient location for nothing). Maybe this is for the best - if they have the same approach to wine as to customer relations, I can consider myself lucky even. They are open only during usual working hours during the week, and only during lunchtime on Saturday, which combined with the location of their shop is not exactly user friendly, but would make no issue for me if the products/service is any good. As they cannot devote 30 seconds to write a short facebook post about their holiday break, they robbed me of my personal free time without compensating for it by selling some quality products to me, which is textbook definition for bad business. You can add to the above experience their webshop-looking webpage, that is actually NOT a webshop, which I guess might be some sort of joke on their end. It is 2020 - create a webshop or do not, but do not make a webpage that looks like a webshop if it is not one - makes for a very disappointing \shopping\ experience...

Verím že táto vináreň je dobrá... No nič iné mi neostáva... Po tom, čo som sa dostal cez nepríjemné cesty hore kopcom unavený a vyčerpaný, som zistil že vináreň má na 3 dni zatvorené... Na stránke nepíšu nič ani na Google map nič nebolo... Nič menej 1 hviezdu dať nemôžem veď v nutri som nikdy nebol... Za dobu čo to píšem prišiel ďalší pán ktorý o tom nevedel...
Vyborný výber vin, pekná predajňa.
Po desiatich minutach kym casnik obsluzil vedlajsi stolik si siel zapalit a my sme ostali bez obsluhy a bez pozdravu.. len tak dalej..
