I've had very good luck with this company unlike some. My fairings were shipped and delivered very quick for oversees with plenty of packing to keep my 800 fairings and tank cover in flawless condition. The quality of both the fiberglass and primer was phenomenal and definitely comparable to brands like CRC and Armour Bodies. The fit was also spot on with zero issues.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM BUYING ONLINE IN YEARS... ordered a small piece of fairing for my R1 on the 7th of May 2020... order no 2046741. Every time I contacted them on their chat system they would reply that it's on the way... then they said we will send another one... up to this day I am still without the fairing. Luckily I managed to get the refund from PayPal ( as I had to contact my bank for the refund) as they kept the transaction on hold... Their excuse, covid.... ordered from Amazon.de and a week later and all items arrived within 2 weeks... ( as in Germany the covid does not exist!!! ) Don't waist time ... find other suppliers/ seller.. maybe a bit expensive but at least you'll get the product in time and without all the hassle.. Very unreliable company...customer care non existent...

In all fairness - I want to leave a review for PASCALPLAST, as I own a set of fairings from them. I did notice the bad reviews here - and wanted to share my experience with them, too. The ordering process is somehow smooth - we've exchanged a few emails - then transferred the funds into their account. I would've expected that they start working on them ASAP - but only 1 week later they started to produce my fairings. Then - I was expecting them to be shipped in a couple of days, but it happened after 1 - 2 weeks. Then - all hell breaks loose. They ship the goods via the standard POST - which is a nightmare. The tracking system is rudimentary & it stops when the goods reach your country's border. For me - it was a 4 weeks hassle to get the goods from Romanian Post (Posta Romana), mainly because this is the worst institution in our country. THE FAIRINGS - The quality is 4/5 - the sets fit almost perfectly straight from the box. They do offer some flexibility - cannot complain as other customers are doing. Prepped them for paint & gave them a nice spray - they look top notch. Overall - I would recommend them - but there is definitely room for improvement from their end. For example - shipping the goods via a courier for an extra 15 - 20 euros (that I would've happily paid for end to end tracking and delivery in 3 - 5 days instead of 4 - 5 weeks) & better customer communication - sometimes I've sent 3 reminders & got a reply only 5 days later.

As many others I have very bad experience of this company. After waiting several weeks for the delivery. When it finaly came, some of the fairings were broken because it was poorly packet. They said they could send new but they never arrived and after that, they stopped answer my calls and e-mails. So they left me with broken fairings and did nothing. I will never buy from them again and I would not recommend any other to buy from them. They are not serious!

The first experience 2 years ago was good, but then everything would be worse and worse a great pity and I can not understand that. The disguise is partially broken arrived, then with an order I had to wait 5-6 weeks, a great pity so you lose customers. If you had worked well then you would have at least 4-5 new customers i have a lot of friends riding on race tracks, but I can not recommend this store that way. My buddy ordered a bmw fairing but some parts were missing, just unbelievable how can work like this.

They gave me tracking number for a different customer in a different country pretending t was mine. Asking for correct tracking number for 14 days, now asked for refund and they will not refund

The worst fairings you can ever buy are from this company. First they lied on shipping date and tracking number. When i recieved the box with the fairings they were destroyed very poor accommodation off the fairings they came broke in several places one had hole you could fit 3 fingers. They didn't want to send me a partial refund saying that 50 dollars would take care. Finally got the fairings painted and none off the fairings fit the bike properly not a single one!! Iam doing this job for 20 year never seen something like this i have all the photos proving everything iam saying here! Also the fairings are NOT FLEXIBLE ATT ALL!!!! Iff you try to flex just a bit they start cracking Even the Chinese plastic fairings are better than this.
