Good location, room, breakfast.
maybe not a very good design hotel, but renewed lately and with the best service ever! I stayed in this hotel for a 2-night business trip and got terribly ill on the first night. Everyone, ranging from the receptionist to the room maid was so helpful and nice. I got anything I needed to my room with a beautiful smile. Being late for BF was not a problem they couldn t solve. Rooms are spacious and furnished with the attention to real needs of clients. Breakfast was ok. I can tell you, for this part of Slovakia and regarding the room rate I was expecting much less than this. I wish this hotel had a small spa and a bidet and I would be supersatisfied.
Rooms are clean and the staff is very polite.
