Penzión Pleso is family owned accomodation. We love it there. We spent 3 night in December 2020. Its location is great, right at the Nové štrbské pleso, which is 5min walk from THE Štrbské Pleso. The room was spacious and clean, nice and with good view. As Covid, we had table and sitting in the room and they bought food for us to the r0oom. The owners all are so kind, helpful and understand able. The women are cooking-it was delicious every tíme, we even skipped dinner in Poprad to be able to have theirs. Priváte wellness was great too. I would recommend this plače and most probably, once in that area, visit again, before checking out others.

Very nice place. Everything works, everything is clean. Owner run and managed and nothing is too much to ask. One thing to keep in mind- there is no lift and very steep spiral stairs. 38 in all to the top so not fun to carry big bags after a long journey. We saw a few small dogs that came to stay. There are family rooms but limited number. Good breakfast. Evening tea time was a nice surprise. They gave good recommendations regarding local restaurants and attractions

We really enjoyed our stay there. Everything was great and we would recommend it. The place is located within 5 min walk from the centre, the owners were very nice and the accommodation was everything you could expect. We can’t fault it!
Within walking distance to the Tatra mountain, shopping center and 3 great restaurants. The rooms are clean and equiped with heating system in both the bedroom and the bath. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to help. The breakfast is a true winner, a homemade breakfast experience. Definitely will visit this place again if I'm interested in hiking the Tatra mountain trails.
The title says it all. There are newer and nicer properties in the area, but the value here is unmatched. The owners live at the property, so they are very attentive to their guests’ needs. A great place to stay. We traveled as a couple, but it is also family-friendly.
Great family hotel. Very welcoming and nice. Wonderful and kind service. We had great time.
