food for a normal price, I finally found a lunch menu in the Tatras, which was not overpriced and could be eaten. The staff was welcoming and friendly. According to me are at a high level in terms of cleanliness and architectural visa. Thank you for a pleasant lunch

We stayed in this hotel in winter 14/15. Awesome location, lodgings functional, good food (at least the non-vegetarian options), quite pleasant personnel. Everything would be fine if not for the fact that 100 Eur got stolen from my gf's wallet which was lying on the night table - during the day, while we were skiing. Confronted the manager, who was very polite and apologetic, but in the end effectively didn't do anything to resolve the situation. The room was locked and lock intact, so the only other people with access to the room were the cleaning ladies. These obviously operate on a schedule so it was easy to find out who was on duty that day, but the manager didn't even call her in so we can confront her. I doubt that there were any ramifications for this person, despite I believe this is a very serious thing and they should be fired on the spot. Hence my score.
