Very good food. Great appetizers, nice beers of course. I think they brew their own, like "baran" and " Gerlach". I liked Gerlach better, more pils taste. So take beer from the menu above the bar, you wont regret it, there is always something new and fine. If you are a meat eater, order ribs and you will be in heaven, or beef cheeks , or anything you like, I doubt you will end up unsatisfied. I think there are lot of changes going on in slovak cuisine, good changes. Thank you Salus for three evenings of good time. P.S. Great fresh grated horseradish as an addition to meat. PS2. A jeśli ktoś uważa, że placki ziemniaczane powinno się robić z młodych ziemniaków a nie właśnie ze "starych", to pragnę go zawiadomić, że jest w błędzie i zapraszam raczej do hipsterskich bistro .

We left Salus with mixed feelings. The selection of beers is very nice, so was the service, but the food on the other hand... calling it mediocre is putting it lightly. I ordered haluszki and wyprazany syr, both of those were one of the worse versions I had in Slovakia, my frites tasted like fish, which suggest they're using the same oil. My girlfriend ordered chicken ragu with potato pancake and that was one the worst potato pancake I've ever tasted, it was obviously not freshly made, tasted bad and was firm. Why three stars? Well, I like beer. Come for beer, eat somewhere else. If I could give them 3,5 stars, I would.
Excellent place with great local food and service. Waiters are not fast but you are coming here to enjoy the nice atmosphere anyway. It worth to try!
We had dinner here twice during our stay, the food is 7 stars (huge greetings to the chef!), as well as the atmosphere is nice However, there is much room for improvement when it comes to service and hygiene, e.g., we’ve seen waitresses petting dogs and not washing hands before continuing to serve guests; they also ran outside seeing a dog and chatting with the owners for 5 minutes instead of serving newly seated guests
Lovely place with amazing slovakian food. Especially recommend the beef tartare, goulash soup and their selection of draught beer.
Fantastic beer selection. I am glad I found this place with specialty beers. Very cozy and comfortable place to enjoy one or two cold ones.
Very cosy and good value restaurant. We used to go to Stara Mama but we will definately switch to this restaurat. Lovely staff
