Very good place for starting trip to Zelene Pleso. They guy at the parking was very nice. Once when I was just picking up friends from hike, he allowed me to park for 5 minutes free.

You have to come early (even in winter) or it will fill up quickly with cars. 6/day in January, I have no idea if the price is different in the summer. It a great hike, moderate difficulty during the winter, not too busy on the weekend. Pet friendly (no ladders).
Paid and with low capacity, cars have to park along the route up to 1 km from this parking.
Too small to parking there.
We did not make a whole tour. We just had a small walk, but it was amazing. At 5:30 pm the parking for us was for free.

We arrived to parking at 2 p.m. on October Sunday. It was still full of cars. We left the car along the road at the beginning of the parking lot. When we came back from Zelene Pleso it was already dark, there were few cars left. Ours was safe, no trouble.
Lovely, trail to the \Green Lake\... 3.5 hr relatively easy hike if you are in shape ... 2.5 hr to come down
