Fantastic place for people who want to try cross-country skiing. Area is huge with many tracks so you can choose just right according to your skill level. Also there is cross-country skiing rent service so you can borrow one piece or complete gear if you want to. Entry is completely free you just have to check if there is no competition at current time.

The ski trail was very well maintained and fit our needs pretty well - we were looking for a beginner trail for an adult who knows how to ski. One small issue with the trail is that after the initial 50 m of flat terrain, there is a downward slope which can be pretty scary for someone who never stood on cross country skis. We rented skis from a ski rental/shop that's right at the start of the trail. Their website wasn't working and the opening hours were nowhere to be found on their truck but we were lucky and they opened within 10 minutes of our arriving (shortly before 9am). The people there were nice and helpful and we got our equipment (shoes, skis and sticks) quickly - they actually told us to pay when we finish skiing because they were busy opening up. There was a cross country race there so most of the trails were closed so most of the visitors were skiing on the beginner trail and it got a little busy. It would be helpful if they announced the race on their website.
