A hidden gem. Best Phở in town, possibly the country. Tried Phở in Kosice, Bratislava all over Germany, Czech Republic and hundreds of times in Vietnam. It is made in an authentic way, it definitely isn't instant like the competition. Has all the flavors of a Vietnamese Phở. To be frank, there are many in Vietnam itself that don't make Phở this well. However beware that loads of the other dishes are Slovakasian and not Vietnamese (just like the competition, we the Slovaks and our pickiness are to blame) Wholly recommend for the Phở, it is truly an authentic experience. Its spacious, the atmosphere is nice and so is the decor and layout, they mostly play the kind of music you'd hear at a tourists attraction in Vietnam, which makes it all the more authentic. The staff seems to be a friendly Central Vietnamese family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Edit: the restaurant seems to be closed and there's no phone number or notice, is it permanently closed?
