Modern building and offices, there was zero wait, as soon as I came the receptionist as keď me what I need, and then the clerk came to meet me in a dedicated first touch meeting room within a minute of walking in the building. Everything took 5 minutes. The minus two stars is for appallingly bad forms on their website - amateurish MS Word saved as PDF, not editable / interactive. So you have it print it, fill it by hand (unless you have Acrobat Pro ;-) ) / using typewriter (yes, the doctor that had to fill it did exact that) and then bring it in person...
