Utterly disgusting customer service. Receipts for the bowling were literally thrown at me when I was paying and it was too much trouble to change my shoes as I had made the mistake of getting the wrong size at the start. I have been coming to Nove Zamky for 16 years and have always found staff at most places to be pleasant, but the staff who work at this bowling club need training in how to handle customers. This is one place where I would urge people not to go. Vile attitudes.
Fantastic! Staff are excellent - my beer was always refilled, and very reasonably priced.
