The cave itself is amazing and definitely worth seeing. I was shocked by the level of services though. The panels inform that the tour starts every hour (i.e. 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm...), and that the tickets start selling 15 minutes before each tour. There was noone at the tickets stand at 12:30. So you wait, right? However, when you queue up in the line at 12:45, they rush you saying that you need to get inside the cave before the tour starts at 12:45! Also, there are so many foreign tourists and yet, no explanation is offered in any other language than Slovak. Sorry, guys! And you can only pay in cash :/ This cave stopped in time :( But still, go and take the tour, it is breathtaking and you'll get to walk a few centimeters from the cave "decorations". It is just 7 degrees C inside, but doable in shorts and a light jacket, if you don't have anything else. Don't forget you need a face mask, if it is around these months (Covid). You can buy a mask at the souvenir shop near the toilets, up at the cave entrance.

Very nice cave! Beautiful pieces to see. It takes couple mins to get up to the entrance, which starts selling tickets 15' before the tour starts. We were a lot, so they started two tours, 12:00 and 12:15. The tours are at full hour and the cave is closed on Mondays. The ordinary tour is manageable with kids.

We've been on a "traditional tour" and saw 2/3 of the cave when all the lights went down and we had to go without seeing anything else out, lighting with our phones. No apologies or excuses, discounts or refunds...like it was natural that you have to use your phone to see the steps on your way out. I wouldn't recommend the place for taller guys and to families with small children, mostly because of the steps and the speed of the tour, it could be exhausting both for the parents and the children. Otherwise a wonderful cave! The parking is extremely expensive, 7 Euros for the "whole" day, but you stay 2 hours tops.

Nice views but can be boring if you don't understand guide. Also some of the workers are rude. Making pictures is extra 10 per person...

Interesting place, nature. But... we paid parking, for less than two hours 7 euros. That's a little too expencive. Entrance is 9 euro, for photo 10. The tour lasts an hour, there are about 900 steps.

The cave has two trails: one and two km. We took the short one and it was definitely worth it. There is one huge hall almost right after the entrance and a few smaller but still large ones along the way. The inside is very intricate and I could not help making photos almost every turn. I did not really listen to the guide, but I still enjoyed the tour. The route itself is not at all demanding, there are no narrow places where one would have to crouch, so the trail is suitable for children and elderly people alike.

Astonishing views. I wish they had a tour in English as well, but nevertheless, the tour is highly recommended. Bring your sweater, it's cold down there.

Nice cave to visit, a bit pricey
