Tallest indoor climbing wall in Bratislava. Good frequency of new route setting. Boulder is okay. Bunch of self belays for the alone time. Could be much cleaner though - the carpet has seen middle ages

Perfect! :) Many routes for everyone with all difficulty levels. You can find here routes from easy child / beginner (3 / 3) to hard 15m overhang ones. Among the “classic” lead climb lines with prepared quickdraws, there are also top rope lines, speed climb profile, dry tool wall (18yo), boulder wall and several routes have auto-belay device. All routes are changed on regularly basis through the year. In the entering hall you can buy some refreshment snacks, coffee, tea or even climbing equipment. There is also possibility to rent basic climb / drytool stuff if you don’t have your own or to buy a lesson with an instructor. General adult admission is 7,8 with no time limit.

Climbing here is a real pleasure. Staff is friendly. The hall looks modern (more than Vertigo). Yes, the fact is that this hall is more out of hand comparing to Vertigo, but here you can at least feel less compressed. Self belaying devices: just 4 of them, not very good. Especially, when kids arrive. Good point is, that they change lanes often which is good for increased variety. Bar is also good option for hungry/thirsty people. I could speak for the long time, but overall mark would always be 5 stars.

As far as I am aware this is a biggest climbing centre in Slovakia and it is really good. Usually very quiet until about 17:00 so the wall is yours. There is also a small cafe and equipment hire facility too.

Disclaimer: I was only able to use auto belay as I didnt have someone to belay me on lead but the lead walls do look very sweet. Route setting on the auto belay walls were pretty questionable at best, not hard, but had no flow to them. Bouldering was all graded on the tougher scale and pitched so it wasnt very easy to find wall to 'loosen' up on.

Undoubtedly one of the best lead climbing walls I’ve ever visited. Superb height and great range of angles for all abilities. The training room is also super impressive. The absence of the fifth star is simply down to their tired and neglected bouldering wall. Dirty, greasy polished holds made for a frustrating session. A real shame as the set was pretty good but difficult to properly enjoy in the circumstances. It doesn’t look like the set gets changed very often or given the same care and attention as the lead walls. The auto belay areas suffered from the same. Other than that, I’d recommend a visit if you’re in the Bratislava area.
