The countryside is bountiful, but absolutely no amenities for tourists. Too bad. If in the area, and in the time of eruption of the geyser, recommend to visit....

We checked the website and found the 2 hour window when we could see the Geyser. I think the story on how it was found and how many years it has been running is more impressive than the Geyser itself.
The geyser is just beautiful when it erupts.
Surrounding area would benefit from renovation and actually some services.

Great place to escape from city. You can expect families with picnic. You might look a bit for parking and wait a bit for geyser as it's predicted in 2 hour window. Definitely worth it as it is Slovak national treasure.
