Absolutely delicious melt in mouth food. Good price and service. Loved the Halushky for starters. Pork cheeks with mash n beetroot. For dessert had the cheese filled dumplings with raspberries... tot the real pieces of fruit in the cider was a nice touch. Do go for it in this cosy gem.

The atmosphere is nice and friendly. The waitress was a bit rude when we were setting the reservation but all seems well.throughout dinner. Food was good but could do with some minor improvements. All in all an ok experience.
The food was good but the customer service made me feel not welcome and uncomfortable. I came with guests and was ashamed for such a service. I will never go there again despite the food quality. Lady waitress should rather stayed st home.
The food was pretty, but that's about it. Paying almost double the standard price left us both feeling slightly robbed, as the quality of the food really did not match the cost. The duck skin was scored so deep it cut into the duck, and was not at all crispy (pretty much just chewy duck fat). This was the tasties part of the duck. The potato tortillas were tasteless and hard to eat. I think the fact that despite paying almost 18 for one duck breast, we didn't even end up eating it all, kind of says it all. The rhubarb lemonade did taste nice, though the glass was only filled 3/4 (maybe because it was prepared in a rush, since I received the wrong lemonade the first time around). The waitress was nice, and the service was quick, though she did forget to put any seasoning on the table (ended up taking it from a table that had just left). You can eat better for less in Košice, so I would recommend literally any other restaurant.
Cute little restaurant in the city center with traditional Slovak meals and interior which showcases traditional Slovak style. The staff was helpful and very friendly even during peak hours and when the restaurant was full. I definitely recommned this place.
Great little restaurant. Decor is very traditional not sure whether it is to attract the tourists but nevertheless food was delicious, menu is in English and waitresses speak English too. So all in all had a great time for a bargain price. Great location too so definitely recommending

Tried Med Malina after the reviews on TA ans i wasn't let down. The food is absolutely delicious, tasty, hearty, melt in your mouth scrumptious. For starters i had the halusky half size, followed by the confit4d pork cheeks. Both were so tasty, flavoursome...didnt want the culinary experience to finsih. Slovak Raspberry cider served with raspberry pieces (nice touch). For desserts i had the dumpling with cheese curd n raspberry... i am so sated i am writing this review before i walk it off to the hotel. Def worth going to. Wish i cld try d other culinary excitements on their beautifuy presented menu too.
